Who We Are
We are a friendly, parent-led charity dedicated to enriching school life for every child. Everything we do is focused on raising funds to support the school and create memorable experiences for our children. We are made up of parents, carers, and staff who volunteer their time to organise events, raise funds and build our school community. We believe in inclusion, community spirit, transparency and fun with purpose.
We understand that everyone is busy, so there is never any pressure to commit beyond what you can manage. Even helping once a year makes a difference.
What We Do
Each year we organise:
- One major sponsored event
- Three school discos (The last Thursday of each term. Christmas, Easter and Summer)
- A Christmas Fair
- The Summer Fair. (Typically, the last weekend of June)
- Mother’s Day & Father’s Day gift events
- World Book Day preloved book sales
- Frozen Fridays
- 2 targeted mufti days
…and other community activities throughout the year depending on the availability of volunteers to organise and run them.
Every penny raised goes directly back into supporting the school. These funds provide resources, experiences and enhancements that benefit all children.
Our Inclusive Approach
We are proud to operate with an inclusive ethos. If cost is ever a barrier to participation in any PTA event, please contact us confidentially. We want every child to feel included and take part in the fun.
